Lori Hopkinson

Lori is passionate about enriching the communities in which she lives and is honored to join the staff of Bowdoin International Music Festival. The Festival’s mission, to provide gifted young musicians opportunities to study with world-class artists and to provide audiences with classical music performed to the highest artistic standards, resonates with her.

After earning her bachelor’s degree, Lori spent years working with municipalities and nonprofit organizations, serving them in the areas of office administration, record keeping, workflow, outreach, membership subscriptions, and communications. At the Festival, Lori supports admissions, communications, performance preparations, and manages ticket sales.

In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her partner Dana at live music venues, frequenting local farmers markets, birding, and playing disc golf. You may see her out and about in Brunswick where she and Dana live, but no matter where she is, she’s pretty much always wearing a smile. Lori is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with others to bring exceptional music performed by artists from around the globe to Midcoast Maine.
