Hanzheng Li

Hanzheng Li has received numerous awards in national and international competitions, including the Gulangyu National Piano Competition and International Keyboard Odyssiad Competition. Recently, she has performed in venues like Carnegie Weill Hall, Joran Hall, and Horticultural Hall.

Li earned her Bachelor’s degree in piano performance from Shanghai Conservatory of Music, double Master’s degrees in Piano Performance and Collaborative Piano, and Graduate Diploma in Collaborative Piano, all from New England Conservatory. Li was the recipient of Ende Niu Scholarship, Dean’s Scholarship, Merit Award, and Academic Honor. With her extensive experiences as a teaching assistant for the Piano Department of the Conservatory, Li also holds a certificate in the Music-in-Education Concentration.

In addition to her professional development, Li has participated in various community outreach programs. Specifically, she served as a fellow in New England Conservatory’s Community Performances Partnership Program and a secretary in Boston Chinese Musicians Association. Li will start her Doctoral program in Collaborative Piano at New England Conservatory this September.
